Just had a hospital bed delivered by Jonathan, and am absolutely wowed by the professionalism and care I received. Their app constantly updated me with an ETA, and the driver called 45 minutes out to give me a heads up. He delivered to a 2nd floor walk-up, assembled it, gave me clear instructions, AND cleaned up and disposed of all packaging. Thank you Jonathan and White Aid Medical!!! 5-star experience!!!

Wonderful experience with White Aid Medical Supplies. From the day they received the request for a hospital bed, I was kept informed of the status. The delivery was amazing, first, they have a site which updates in real time the delivery time. The driver / associate also called to confirm I was next. He assembled the bed, showed me all the functions (both electric and manual) I wis I had his name to recognize him, he was professional, friendly and just a nice guy.

The delivery technicians were reliable professional and courteous. I received a text before 8:00am for the link to track my delivery and it was soooooo helpful. The tracker indicated that i was the 11th stop so I knew exactly when the supplies would be delivered. I also want to acknowledge the White Aid customer service team that called me to schedule and verify delivery order. They contacted me several times just to make sure I was getting exactly what I ordered and information about trackingbmy delivery. White Aid Medical Supplies you are superb!
